This Bourgogne Chardonnay is a perfect introduction to the delights and complexity of real white Burgundy produced with a high proportion of Côte-d'Or fruit together with some from the Maconnais. Flavours of white peach fruit give this wine a fresh, lovely weight with delicate creaminess and judicious oak. Altogether, a beautifully balanced dry white wine.
Best served with fish, shellfish, mild creamy cheese or salads.
