We aim to complete all return and warranty claims within 21 days of receipt at our warehouse.
Before any item can be returned under warranty JD Sterlen reserve the right to offer technical support. We have experienced technicians available to assist you with any hardware related difficulties. Please contact us so we can resolve issues quickly and to your satisfaction.
DOA – Damage on Arrival. In the unlikely event of an item purchased from us being delivered in a damage condition, JD Sterlen will provide a voucher or replace the item at our discretion. All DOA failures must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Failures to report damage item after 5 days will be treated at our discretion of the situation with no condition for refund.
Most items sold are covered by a 12 MONTH warranty. Please check individual listings. Should any item sold fail under warranty we will offer to repair or replace the item, only when a repair or a replacement is not available will we offer to refund the item with our voucher.
Batteries are not covered by our warranty; we neither promise battery life nor guarantee it. We only confirm that any battery is working when dispatched but as a consumable item we do not guarantee or warranty remaining usable life of any battery supplied.
Mobile Phone Battery - We test all phones to ensure they hold a charge, we do not in anyway guarantee battery health or remaining longevity. We do not replace batteries on any phone sold, dismantling sealed phones is detrimental to the condition, performance and ongoing reliability of the phones. As such ALL phones are supplied with the original OEM battery, which will always have a reduced capacity from when it was originally supplied.
