Tasting Notes:
Notes of juniper and zesty citrus are balanced out by touches of fennel and cardamom leading into a warm finish with traces of peppery bite.

Tom Collins
44ml Masons Original Gin
22ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
22ml sugar syrup
125ml chilled soda water
Slice of lemon to garnish

Prepare a chilled Collins glass with plenty of ice

Add Masons Original Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda water to glass stirring gently
